Effectively Communicate With Your School’s Educational Professionals to Resolve Questions, Concerns, or Problems

It’s helpful to recognize the roles educators in the Highland Park School District play so parents and guardians can resolve problems effectively. Please follow the sequence of communicating with each district professional when a question, concern, or problem arises.

1- Contact your child's teacher. If your concern is not resolved, then go to step 2

2- Contact your child's principal. If your concern is not resolved, then go to step 3

3- Contact the Superintendent
