My name is Nhi Dang, and I've been a Site Director for Champions since July 2021. I have been working with children since 2005-starting in daycares, group homes, and foster care-and I've always been passionate about creating safe, supportive, and fun environments where kids can thrive. In my role, I oversee everything from daily operations to financial performance, and I take pride in building strong relationships with families, staff, and the community. Thanks to a lot of teamwork and dedication, we became a proud Level 6 site in our company's 2024 Gallup engagement survey -a huge milestone I'm incredibly proud of. I earned my bachelor's degree in psychology from Rutgers University, and Icontinue to learn and grow every day, both professionally and personally. When I'm not at work, you'll find me spending time with my two amazing sons, reading, working out, or checking out new and fun places to eat!

I'm so excited to introduce myself as the Area Manager for your Champions program! My name is Jessica Hanat, and I've been with Champions forjust over a year, supporting our programs in South Brunswick, and Keansburg. I'm thrilled to now welcome Highland Park into my portfolio and to be a part ofyour community. Before joining Champions, I spent over 15 years in retail management, specializing in staff training and development. I've always found myselfsurrounded by kids and grew up working in many settings with children and families, so when the opportunity came to merge my background in people andoperations management with a program focused on childcare, it felt like a seamless and natural fit. I truly believe it takes a village to raise children, and I'm excited to be a part of yours.
