Permission to use the facilities of the Highland Park Public Schools
will be granted to any local service organization when, in the
determination of the Board of Education, it will not interfere with the
normal functions of the school program, or any way be detrimental to the
school, district or borough. The sole authority for granting this
permission lies with the Board of Education. To secure the use of a
school facility, obtain a facilities usage form from the Business Office
or it can be downloaded from the link below, and submit the form to the
requested facility's main office for approval by the Principal. Certain
charges may apply.
Additionally, some facilities are regularly available to the public.
Lanes 4-6 of the high school track and the playgrounds of Irving and
Bartle School are open to public use before dark and within posted
guidelines. Parental supervision of children is required.
The school facilities are also available for rental for events such
as graduations, receptions, and conferences. The Facilities Use Form can
